Check forobvious nicks or scratches in the gel coat, or spider cracks around tower bases
[ ] rub rail intact, no screws missing or gaps in rubber.
[ ] graphics or logos intact with no dock rash
[ ] look at transom where swim platform meets fiberglass, obvious cracks in mounts or gelcoat
[ ] look at exhaust through hulls (flaps in tact etc)
[ ]check prop shaft alignment,
[ ] check for bends around prop strut, check for spider cracks where strut meets gel.
[ ] check rotation of prop shaft, look for bends.
[ ] check prop for bends or cuts
[ ] check tracking fins for bends, spider cracks around gel of fins
[ ] look for scrapes on bottom of hull from beaching or improperly loading on trailer
[ ] look at top of transom for scratches or nicks from boards
[ ] check back sun pad for rips tears and wore down stitching
[ ] open up motor hatch, check for mildew from being put up wet
[ ] check exhaust manifolds for rust or leaks
[ ] look for fluids in bilge
[ ] compression test if possible

[ ] check ballast pumps and impellers for proper function
[ ] check all hoses for kinks or holes
[ ] check ballast tanks for leaks
[ ] check all seats for stitching coming apart or abnormal wear
[ ] check battery terminals for corrosion
[ ] check amplifiers for function and mounting (if applicable)
[ ] check gauges for proper function, and if perfect pass holds speed
[ ] Sea Trial, listen for abnormal sounds from tranny, or exhaust leaks or abnormal noises.
